Summary of the book Holdup

I'm kinda almost to the end of the book and so far I have read about Jordan being a manager, but she doesn't know how to. Theresa a girl who everyone likes and tries to hit on her every time they see her but she doesn't like that so she defends herself. Sara who at first was trying to hit on a guy, and Alex who tries to hit on everyone. The second part is about this kind named joe who needs to borrow a truck From his friend to impress a girl and take her out, but his friend doesn't want to let him borrow the truck without joe giving him something to return. When joe finds out he can't afford it he tries to act homeless, that's when he sees a guy named derrick and thinks he's a cop but he ends up understanding why he's trying to act like he's homeless and he's not a cop. So joe sees that he has a better truck and derrick will let him borrow his truck with one condition. Which is that he'll help him propose to this girl working at Burger Heaven, so he agrees. Part three is about the proposal which is that joe pretends to rob Burger Heaven and derrick will come in as a super hero and propose to his girl. That's when something went wrong derrick found out that Jordan was the manager and his girl wasn't there so he actually took things serious and was actually robbing Burger Heaven. Joe wanted out and that's when Keith comes to celebrate his birthday in Burger Heaven and he gets mad because Jordan wanted him to leave because it wasn't same but Keith did not know that so he left crying and broke the window. That's when a cop was parking to get a coffe and saw that Keith broke a window and arrested him, and the cop went inside Burger Heaven and was asking question to Jordan and secretly saw derrick behind her holding a gun so he requested for back up and that's when a cop went to the back of Burger Heaven and saw that derrick was holding Jordan so derrick rushed inside and told joe he could leave if he tapes the group of people which were Jordan, Alex, Sara, and Theresa by the anckels and hands. Without derrick and joe finding out that there were still two other people hiding for protecting under a table, and that is were I left off.

Mood 2

The book "Holdup" kind of gets me mad because I already want to read about why the book is called "Holdup" like what's the deal of "Holdup". That's why it kind of gets me mad because there's so much to read but a little time. It also makes me feel bad for the characters because I imagine how they would feel about what is going to come next in the book, and how the characters are going to deal with the situation.

Mood

Reading this book makes be feel bad for the people working in Burger Heaven because in the back of the book they talk about criminals going to Burger Heaven and robbing the store and all that, and like the teenagers haven't done anything they are just living their normal lives, and out of nowhere criminals come to the restaurant and rob the restaurant. That's why I feel bad for them because I imagine how scary it would be with the criminals pointing their guns at them.

Summary of the book "HOLDUP"

The book that I'm reading is called "Holdup", and so far I read about the characters named Jordan, Sara, Alex, and Theresa. In the book these characters work in a burger place called Burger Heaven. In Burger Heaven Sara meets this boy, and she thinks that he's really cute, and she was glad that nobody was behind him because she gets to talk to him longer. So they were talking and talking and then the manager was behind her and so after that he took care of the boy and Sara had to leave. So she got on trouble because she was talking to the boy, but she also felt sad because the boy was leaving and he didn't even look back to look at her. Theresa also works at Burger Heaven, but she's a vegetarian. Every one she sees is trying to hit on her because of her body. So when she tries to take an order from a guy he right away makes an inappropriate answer. Which kind of gets her mad, but she doesn't really care because of the rules that you need to be nice to the costumers. After that two other guys made an inappropriate comment so she didn't plan what she did next, which was that she grabbed a cold Pepsi and threw it to them and said "Maybe this will help you to cool down". So that's what has been happening in my book so far.

A short summary of "After The Death Of Ana Gonzales"

This book was about 47 different students that Ana Gonzales left, every student describes something different. For example the first student talks about her being new in the school and what she hears in the hallways like stuff about homecoming, and of course Ana Gonzales death. Another student was talking about the cancer that her brother has and that he wasn't healthy and he chose life while Ana Gonzales was healthy and chose death. Ana Gonzales was suicidal and nobody knew how she did it and why. Until the ending when they show us the note that Ana Gonzales left saying how she didn't fit in and how she didn't care who she left behind and that she was leaving. She hurt many people for example one of her friends in math class was still wondering why she did that and why she didn't know.

Exposition

The exposition in my book "After the Death of Anna Gonzales" is that there is different point of views from the teachers, classmates, principles of Anna Gonzales. They start by saying that Anna Gonzales committed suicide. They bring up anything like a class they had with her, or when they seen her around, or anything that involves Anna. They feel bad and they want to know why that happened, also they mention that she was most of the time quiet, and that she didn't really notice people, but they noticed her. It kind of starts getting deeper like they ask why she did that, one of her classmates wanted to die also but she thought of it and said that she'll rather be alive than dead. Also another of her classmates says that Anna will be back and everything will be back to normal.

BAD GIRLS don't die

Title: BAD GIRLS don't die
Author: Katie Alender

By looking at the cover of the book I think the book is about a girl that pretends to be someone she isn't, and she's bad like she's really violent and does stuff that could get her to jail. She looks like a crazy person, and a killer.
